I had a really disappointing experience at this hotel. The location is poor, far from the city center, and the access is a nightmare, especially for those with mobility issues. The rooms are outdated and poorly maintained, and I had several issues during my stay that caused a lot of frustration. However, the dining experience was surprisingly good, with some meals being quite tasty.
Rooms
5.0
The rooms were not great at all; I encountered multiple issues like no hot water, broken fixtures, and dirty bedding. Definitely needs a lot of improvement.
Service
5.0
Service was lacking, especially in addressing my complaints. I felt ignored and unvalued as a guest.
Location
5.0
The hotel is on the outskirts of Glasgow, which made it inconvenient for heading into the city. There’s limited parking and access to the function room is difficult.
Dining
7.0
While breakfast was lackluster with limited options, I was pleasantly surprised by the evening meals which were quite delicious.
Facilities
5.0
Facilities need significant upgrades and better management; not really what you'd expect from a hotel.

5.0/10
My stay at the hotel was plagued with issues, including multiple room mix-ups and maintenance problems. While the bar staff tried to help, the overall experience was far from enjoyable, leading to a frustrating trip. Despite the affordable price, the quality of the accommodations did not justify even that and I left feeling disappointed.
Rooms
5.0
The rooms were in a sorry state, with cleanliness and functioning amenities in serious question. A couple of the rooms had shared bathrooms despite our booking for ensuites.
Service
5.0
Service was lacking, especially in addressing our complaints. It was frustrating not to have anyone available to help with the numerous issues we encountered.

5.0/10
I had high hopes for this hotel, as it looked nice from the outside and seemed like it could provide a decent stay. However, while the location was convenient, the overall experience fell short due to old furnishings and poor service. The accommodations felt more like a pub than a hotel, which was quite disappointing. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you're looking for comfort and a good night's sleep.
Rooms
5.0
The room was somewhat spacious but not well-kept, with stains on the walls and minimal plumbing. It felt more like two single beds pushed together rather than a true double.
Service
5.0
Service was lacking, especially during breakfast, which was poorly organized, and I felt like the staff didn't care much for guests' comfort.
Location
6.0
The hotel is located on the outskirts of Glasgow, making it a bit inconvenient for reaching the city center, but there are some shops nearby.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast was very disappointing, with barely any options and poor service. I expected better considering the price of my stay.
Facilities
5.0
Facilities felt dated and poorly maintained, lacking basic amenities like working heating and a clean bathroom upon arrival.

7.2/10
This hotel offers a lively atmosphere, especially if you enjoy a party vibe with a pub on-site. The rooms, while unexpectedly pleasant for a one-star establishment, have some drawbacks like the inconsistent shower temperature and questionable door locks. It's a decent option for a night out in the city, especially given the affordable taxi fares to the center, but those seeking a quiet and restful experience might want to look elsewhere.
Rooms
7.0
The rooms exceeded my expectations for a one-star hotel with fresh towels and basic tea and coffee facilities. However, the shower was a bit temperamental and the door lock was unreliable.
Service
8.0
The service was mostly friendly and welcoming. I appreciated the hospitality of the staff, especially the manager who greeted us warmly upon arrival.
Location
7.0
The hotel is a bit further out from the city center, but taxis are reasonably priced, making it convenient for nightlife.
Dining
Facilities
7.0
The hotel's facilities include a pub that adds a lively atmosphere, though it might not be suitable for those wanting quiet.

My experience at the Fullarton Park Hotel was fraught with frustrations that marred a significant occasion for my family. Despite being close to needed amenities and the initial promise of a suitable venue, the reality fell short. The location was convenient, but the service and accessibility issues left much to be desired.
Rooms
5.0
The function room we used for the christening was supposed to be accessible, but it clearly was not, as my family faced entering difficulties.
Service
5.0
Service was lacking and unprofessional, especially during a critical time for our family event.
Location
5.0
The location was decent, being on the outskirts of Glasgow, but I wouldn’t call it great due to the accessibility problems.
Dining
5.0
Dining service was subpar, with complaints about food and drink options provided to guests.
Facilities
5.0
Facilities did not meet the required standards, especially concerning accessibility and comfort.
